I am a natural caregiver. I am the mother to three wonderful teenage boys and was lucky to stay home with them for about a eight years. When I went back into the workforce, I began to work with adults with different disabilities and found a calling.

Taking care of people; to treat each and everyone with respect and outmost care at the time they need my help the most is my passion.

Hello, my name is Emmanuel Nwogu. I like being a caregiver because I like being of help to the needy and aged people, people with disabilities etc. I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people. A personal achievement i'm proud of was to be able to take care of my grandmother in her time of need. I am a very cheerful person, honest, hard working and eager to learn and very obedient, I also take my job serious. Thanks.

I am willing to provide the best care as if I am talking care of a family member. I chosen this profession well over 20 years ago because I enjoy helping provide care and love to other's who can't provide it for themselves. I am patient, kind,understanding and flexible. I take pride in caring for someone and full filling there needs, It gives me great pleasure in caring for my clients, I take the time in properly caring for someone with assessing all there needs from every aspect. I am a great Care Provider because my positive attitude shines through to my clients. I enjoy assisting them in pursuing their best quality of life. I have several years experience caring for my own family members in addition to other clients. I have been a loyal PSA. for 4yrs. I love what I do. I went to back to school to become a Medical Assistant. I love to take care of people and if there is any way I can improve someones life to help make it better then I know I have done my job.

I became a caregiver for the love of others and to provide a service that is needed in our community. Many of our handicapped go unrecognized by others and shoved away to be forgotten about. I want to help our old and disabled adults to not only exist but thrive in the areas in life that provide the most difficulty. Graduating Sacramento state provided me the tools I will need to be successful caregiver. I was once a professional boxer working towards the goal becoming world champion now I want to take that energy and put it towards helping others become champion in life.

I'm a great caregiver because I love to help others without being asked, I love helping without seeing it as a Job. I have the compassion because I too have several family members whom gets assistance outside of our family and we feel it is important to be what you would expect others to be as well as treat others the way you would like to be treated. I have the patience to work with those who need extra time to do things and for those who need a little more help with things that we may take for granted today. When I go to help someone I always put my family member in their position and would want the person caring for my family be compassionate, truthful and patient the way I should be with the consumer. I hope that I could be of assistance with others and hope to take the stress off of others who may need help or time to rest.
