I have a passion for helping others. I most like being able to assist my residents/patients on improving their daily activities to where they are able to assist themselves more. Small steps add up to be the bigger outcome and the joy of seeing them succeed is wonderful. My personal achievement is paying close attention to not only the small details but the the bigger ones as well. This allows me to catch certain situations before a worse outcome appears. Example, bed sores, wound care, range of motion, stroke ext I'm dependable, passionate about my work and I always go that extra mile to help my residents / patients succeed on a daily basis. I am currently on the safety committee at my full time job to ensure not only my employees stay safe, but my residents / patients and visitors

I care for the people. I enjoy being compassionate, loving and caring. The people I work for are God's people. They are very special. And he put me in this line of work cause I have a heart and I care. I've been doing this line of work for 18 years. When I leave a place like a nursing home. I still stay in touch. We still go shopping out to eat an talk on the phone. I have one lay, we are friends. I really love my job. If you would give me a chance, I promise you want regret it. Thank you so very much

I became a caregiver for me to spread my help and love as well as skills to help anyone especially for the elder.They need it, and I wanted to be the one to show them there not alone.I really love to talk to the elder they have so much wisdom and knowledge that us younger gereration need to hear.The greatest acheievement I have helped rehabilitate a lot of patients.Im 38 I have three beautiful children 3,5, and 21and a fiancé I also have a great personality very up beat im always smiling and last but not least im very good in any thing I do.

I became a care giver for one important reason, and it was to help and give help to the people that need my help. My passion for being a care giver is the joy i get out of helping other people. I was 15 when I decided I wanted to become a caregiver. Taking on the role as my 54 year old grandmother's nurse I knew it was my calling. From the ADLs it all came natural to me. My junior and senior year I began thinking about a career and what would I major in, in college. I graduated in 2006 from high school with my nurse aide 1 license. I've always had a thing for helping others. Every time I want to give up I think of all the people that look forward to seeing my smiling face daily.

I have 30 years of experience CNA. during this tenure I have received many merits, raises and received many compliments of excellent patient care. from family members. I am self motivated to give patients the best care and attention possible. I am a team player. i follow direction, policies and procedures accurately. I really like to get to know the family and client to find out exactly what needs are most important for all.
