I have extensive experience working with elderly adults. In the 14 years I've worked as a care provider, the one gift that I receive the most is the constant gratitude of my service. Recognizing that each resident is an individual with unique needs and potentials is key to creating a good rapport. Learning about the resident helps me discover what motivates them. I'm comfortable working with other professionals as needed to assist each resident with their goals. I have a love for photography and art and I love to cook and try new recipes.
