I've worked doing in home care , in Adult foster care home's, A Memory Care Facility, and in home care.. I really enjoy doing in home care and being able to help other's achieve Thier goals while remaining in their homes safely

I really enjoy working with people in a home care setting, it is essential that a caregiver feel the desire to want to help. I think most importantly showing both empathy and compassion each day. I feel my happiest and best while helping out. It helps to put yourself in the other person's shoes and what it might be like to ask people for help. I have lots of patience and believe it's one of the reasons I make a good caregiver.I did Licensed Childcare for over 20+ years. I'm reliable, and also flexible. I believe a great caregiver is someone that can be counted on to be there. I enjoy being a caregiver as I have a natural ability to help out and feel most proud of my achievements with helping with my dementia clients.

Caregiving has always been one of my favorite jobs as there are so many ways in which to care for a persons health, mentally, emotionally and physically. What makes me a good caregivers is that I love people. I treat people how I like to be treated, that's with respect,love and with dignity. I been a CNA since 2010 I started at a nursing home I would come into work 15-20 mins early to go in the basement to find my residents something nice to put on, because they represent me I don't want then looking any kind of way. So when you saw my residents they were always dry and clean, I also would buy body wash and power and perfume for them so they smell good and feel good. ?? I love what I do and I know I would be the best caregivers anyone can have. I'm respectful and caring and loyal and dependable and patience. I don't do it for a paycheck I do it because I love it the paycheck is just a bonus for me. I'm blessed that God gave me the heart love and to care. Anyone I ever took care of always remember me.

Hello my name is Tatiana, I have been a caregiver for 3 yrs. I handled different kinds of patients like patients with dementia/Alzheimer's, cancer, melanoma, Parkinson. My duties includes meal preparation, medication reminder, laundry, light housekeeping, do exercise with patients. Given the chance to work with a patient I will do my best.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I truly care about people and want to help them. What made me want to become a caregiver was after my grandmother had a bad fall and could not walk anymore. So I became her cargiver after I got training. In working with my grandmother I noticed how slowly her friends less and less came to visit since she wasn't able to move around anymore, and it hurt my heart. So I told myself I will help and befriend all the elders I can. I love the stories your hear from different clients and just to be able to hear them say it was nice talking to you, your so much nicer than the last caregiver.

I became a caregiver because I had a grandmother that had a stroke and I had to learn how to care for. Later my mother became disabled so I had to take care of her. I love the fact that I get to care for elderly or disable people who sometimes can't care for themselves besides I love their company. One of my personal achievement s are is I have a lot of patience, self control, and I have learned a lot of helpful skills that will help with the job I do.
