I started caregiving when I was 19 yrs old and fell in love with it! So hear I am 23 years later still caregiving and helping others. I feel its so rewarding helping others. In December of 2021 I received my certification to become an End of Life Doula. I've always worked for companies but recently branched off on my own to be able to focus on giving clients more one on one personal care! I treat my clients as I would want someone to treat my family.

Caring for others makes me happy, That's what I think makes a great caregiver. I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping individuals who need help and encouragement. I like to see someone smile because he or she is comfortable and happy. A personal achievement I'm proud of is knowing that others have confidence in trusting me in areas of security and comfort.

After working nine years within the home care industry, I have accumulated experience with taking care of disabled as well as elderly patients. In doing so, I was able to assist these patients with their day-to-day needs, such as helping them with their mobility, accompanying them while going grocery shopping, and also preparing their meals. By working in the home care environment, I am able to acknowledge one's needs and fulfill them to the best of my abilities.

First of all, I am very caring and patient person. That's the reason I choose this job. Secondly, being a caregiver gave me a lot of experiences and the opportunities to meet people from different backgrounds in their homes . I have an associate degree in Medical Assistant at ASA College. Recently graduated as an advanced nurse aide at ABC training center in the Bronx. I am a very ambitious person, who really wants to succeed in the health care field for a bright future.

I've been a caregiver for more than 10 years but been certified for7 years. I took care of my mother and grandmother before taking care of others. I really enjoy the company of the elderly. I enjoy taking t h e resident out for the day, talking with them , cooking or whatever that is needed. Im very involved in what needs to be done. I have patience and respect for all my clients.

Hello, I was wondering if you found a caregiver yet? I live in lockhart texas and are available on Wednesdays. I was a Cna for veterans for over 8 years. I help assist with appointments, meal planning, grocery shopping, cleaning the house, help take care of pets, showers, ect. I recently moved back home to help take care of my mom who has heart failure. I do all I stated above everyday. I would love to help assist if you still need a caregiver.
