It Makes my happy to help others and put a smile on their face. I am a positive and cheerful person. I am responsible, reliable and I take my job seriously. It is great be there when someone needs you to make a difference in their life and become part of their every day success. I took care of my husband 7 years ago. Even if it was a difficult time for us, we made the best of it. I'm still on top of his diabetic diet, but he is in better condition know. That makes me feel awesome. I love to motivate and encourage people.

I became caregiver because I got tired of hearing about how some caregivers treated their patients and because my mother was sick and I took care of her until she passed away. I would give the same care and concern as if they were a part of my family. I like being able to help others in a way that they are not able to take care of themselves. I have a passion for taking care of people because one day I may be in their shoes and I would want someone to take care of me in the same way. One of my personal achievements I am proud is taking care of my mom when she needed me the most. Also finishing school at my age and getting high honors , also a plaque for dedication and perseverance. I go above and beyond the duties I am suppose to do. I attend church mostly every Sunday and I volunteer to facilitate groups for people who are just coming out of a long term rehabilitation center for drugs and alcohol. I have three kids and I work also at Macy's. I am a hard worker and a quick learner. I have experience as a Nurse's Aid . I recently graduated from Branford Hall Career Institute as a Registered Medical Assistant.

Well my name is Markcus Falley and i was raised right here in Las Vegas. I played basketball all throughout high school, college and professionally. I say that to say, that I understand how important it is for me to treat one another with respect and work as a team. Doing these things, makes everybody job so much easier. The medical field is a good field to go into because you're responsible for someone who is completely dependent. Therefore, it makes you grow as a person because you know your work is valuable and meaningful. I work with Alzheimer's residents at my current job and a certain resident remembered my name and that made me feel pretty special. I am working to get into the RN program and gaining valuable CNA experience on the side in the meantime.

I am very patient with my residents and always aim to exceed what is expected of me. I was attracted to this kind of profession because I enjoy helping people and I know at one point I'd want to become a nurse.
