I became a caregiver/CNA because I like being able to help people. I like being able to see the joy in people that I help. A personal achievement I am proud of is that I am a college nursing student with straight a grades. I am a very easy going people person.

My name is Dinesha Gay and I have been a caregiver for 8 years. I decided to become a caregiver after taking care of my grandmother. I enjoy helping people and making sure they have everything they need.

I think I have more than enough professional experience on being a great caregiver I enjoy older people because they are our history book and we can learn so much from them if we listen and try to understand things on their level and understand they were not always where they could not do things for themselves and al of their needs comes with aging. I strive and take proud in all my work I do and first impressions are everything it's not always about money cause sometimes it's your own passion and I think nursing is my passion I enjoy helping other people stay independently and live in their homes if that is their choice.

I became interested in being a care giver at 15 taking care my aunt because the nursing didn't do a great job so I took over and heloed out soon as I graduated I took my can classes my passion for caring for the elders is what makes me a great cna I love what I do and how I treat my patients as I would my aunt. I have became shift manager n team leader after only two months I do my job the right caring way.

I have been in the medical field since 1999.i have been a certified nursing assistant since 2013.i enjoy putting a smile on my clients face just as well as their family and friends. I take pride in my work, great communication skills.im just your fun, enthusiastic down to earth CNA

I believe that I am a great caregiver for several reason. I love to help others as well as helping others help themselves. I believe in seeing fit that each person I come across is well taken care of by meeting all of their needs to the very best of my ability. The proper care of any if my residents is my number one priority followed by respect and proper communication! I have a passion for the elderly and I love to be there for them as they were there for others when they good get around and do things "giving back" is what I'd call it! What I like most about working with older individuals is the having the opportunity to make their day and see that smile that warms my heart to know I made them feel good or just plain out happy! I really don't have any personal achievements except the fact that once I have captured ones heart they tell me how much they appreciate me and love me that means a lot and is something I think is a good enough achievement!

Hello! My name is Brittany, I have been in the nursing field for almost 10 years now providing care for a variety of patients with individualized care plans. Peers describe me as hard working, dedicated, compassionate, empathetic, kind, easy companion with a big heart. I started off in this industry taking care of my grandfather who became very ill, I volunteered in the hospital and rehab center he resided in for 4 years, I provided care for him until he passed away. He told me I needed to make nursing my career as it's what I am best at and have the heart for. With that being said this is what I love most about what I do, I love to provide companionship along with the best care provided to each resident creating a safe and healthy environment. Building relationships and treating others like they're your own family is very important in the role of a caregiver, this is how I choose to give back to the community and making them as comfortable as possible in times of need. This, I believe, is my biggest accomplishment thus far and hope to further my education in the near future.
