Hello, my name is Misty i'm very loving, understanding and patience and nurturing, passionate trustworthy and punctual caregiver. I enjoy working with people, but most of all i really enjoy working where i have one-on-one interactions with others. I love taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. i like older adults and feel i can get along well with a variety of elders. I love making someone smile and doing little things to make their day better. I take pride in my attention to detail. I enjoy being physical at my job and using my body as well as my brain. I'm seeking a career with growing opportunities. My biggest achievement in life was becoming a mother, it showed me how to care and love for another person other than myself! Knowing i'm helping my children achieve their everyday life experiences, giving them my full attention and pure love brings a warm feeling to my heart and smiles on my face everyday and i hope to bring the same joy and love to others who are in my care.

I am a person who has the joy of living and especially who likes to please others. I have a very old mother and a very old mother-in-law, so I know how to make them want to live and love to live. I am very patient and understanding. I really like nature, to discover them, I like to read, and I like to do all kinds of activities, football, swimming. I'm interested in this job because I already like helping others whether old or young and I know that life is very difficult and sometimes being that person who can make people happy and fulfilled, why not? I also have elderly parents and I know the difficulty of always being there for them. Being able to let people build their lives and feel that their parents are in good hands will bring them inner peace. This job is already a way to make a living, but I chose this job for one reason only, which is that I like to make people's lives easier. There is also the fact of wanting to allow the elderly person to live in peace and to feel serene. I know this field is made for me because I know how to make people happy even in difficult times. This is my experience with my mother and my in-laws.

Welcome to my CareLinx profile! Hello, My name is Sierra Petitclerc. I have lived, & grew up in SLO County for 24 years! My friends, & family would all say I am a very optimistic, outgoing individual. The reason I have peaked an interest for caregiving all started with my mother. I loved seeing my mothers care patients being treated with much love, and kindness throughout her patients most difficult time. I would like to branch out my opportunities, and work ethic to help others, and give back to my community.

My personality traits are caring, consistent, sense of humor, very patient. Kind, also respectful. It is something that I think would be a good career builder for me, and I can grow to get better. I was always around my grandparents and other elders, you can learn a lot from them and you can always be there for eachother. A personal achievement I'm proud of is when I graduated in Job Corps and it was a great life experience, with a certificate for Culinary Arts.

I'm a second level nursing student, I'm working hard in my education and now I'm ready to apply my knowledge into practice. I'll prove I'm the perfect candidate for the job.

My best personality trait is wanting to help people! One of my best expertise is to be able to talk and comfort a client or to help them as much as I can ( 110%! ) What attracted me to be a caregiver is being able to help a person in need of my assistance because they are not able to do it themselves! Having that sense of satisfaction of being able to do for someone is such a great reward for me! One of my best achievement is helping a client that knew she was going to pass on soon and me being able to help her through the process of getting her the right people with her religious beliefs and having her whole family being by her bedside! And doing whatever I can before she passed on was a great accomplishment!! Also by me being there for my mother as her caregiver and nurse while she was dying from cancer! Me being there to change her colostomy bag! Reminding her to take he chemo pills and just being there to comfort her to drive her and just to be there before she passed on! Just being there and helping a senior citizen every step of the way!!!!!

I am compassionate about the elderly and know that they deserve great care when it comes time that they can't care for themselves or complete their ADLS like they used to. Teach me/show me what you need me to do, and I will do everything I can to meet the needs of your loved one. I love being a caregiver because people deserve to not just be well taken care of, but also shown compassion and love too. I would love the opportunity to take care of someone in need!

I enjoy working with people and I have wanted to help people some way or another. I used to help two of my grandparents when they went into assistant living and I enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to help them and be a part of their home community. I am most proud that I am always one of the top performers at work.

I'm very dependable, caring, detailed oriented. I was a caregiver for a family member and it turned out great. I always wanted to be in the medical field and I truly enjoyed every minute of it.

I love helping people, I've been around this kind of work since before I was able to go to school as a child. My entire family does work like this and I'm in love with it. I became a caregiver after helping my mother take care of my great grandmother after she had a stroke. Being able to help others whom are not able to do for themselves as normal brings me joy.
