My best personality trait is caring for everyone around me it humbles me and it makes me good at my job. What attracted me to be a CNA/Caregiver is the family history I have with taking car of my grandparents. Also, I've always adored older folk. What I enjoy about being a CNA/Caregiver is the bond and quality time with each client. The personal achievement I'm most proud of is being able to be independent and to do anything I put my mind to.

Growing up my family worked and managed a nursing home, this started my connection with caregiving. By my early teen years I started to take care of my grandparents and some of their frineds so this has continued throughout my life into my mid 20's. Now I live in a whole new state and miss that connection greatly. I enjoy talking, helping, and getting to know all who I encounter. I'm verying caring and determined when it comes to the people I bring into my life. This isn't just a job it's something that I truly love doing.

Currently I am a student looking for a job before I start nursing school. I am very new to this app though I have been a caregiver for over 2 years. I am BLS certified and I served in the US Navy for over 4 years. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is to watch whom ever I am taking care of become more independent in all they do. Each and every moment I get with a client allows me to practice my manners towards becoming a future. I am very much proud of doing this job since it is a precursor to becoming a nurse.

I became a caregiver in hopes of letting someone know that they aren't a client, but family. Being a caregiver isn't just about taking care of only a persons needs physically, but their needs emotionally and psychologically. I inspire to create a bond stronger than that of a mere employer-employee relationship.
