In search of a reliable caregiver to take care of Husband, located near Medora, IL. I need assistance Monday morning, Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning, Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning, Thursday afternoon, Friday morning, and Friday afternoon. 37.5 hours per week of assistance is needed to start November 28, 2016. The activities of daily living performed by the caregiver will include companionship, transportation, walking & exercise, transferring & mobility, managing medications, toileting, grooming, and bathing.
