Reliable caregiver needed for a male client with dementia - due to his severe Dementia and fall risks, safe transfer from the chair/bed to a wheelchair or walker using a gait belt may be required. eating, meal prep, toileting, light housekeeping, Care plan is required. encouraging exercise(twice during the 4 hours shift to walk the hallway) Close Supervision during the shift for the safety, Mon~Fri 9:00~1:00 at $25/hr Starting on 12/9.
