Hello my name is valerie im 30 years old i have worked with my grandmother for 7 years before she passed away with dementia witch was a hard and long road we took together and also very sad i seen what that disease can do to a person and how hard to handle they become but i am very patience and know all about how to care for someone in that state i had to cook clean the home and make sure she was clean and comfortable as well i also know with someone who has dementia you have to go alone with things they say instead of telling them no thats not right that isnt the home you use to live in say yes it is and it is very beautiful they also think people are loved ones who passed go along with it it only makes that person angry if not ok i know that i can handle and do a good job at any caregiving job if i get the opportunity to have thank you so much i have a clean background as of right now i dont have the money to do the background cheak i also do have a resume i can email.
