    My mother suffered from congestive heart failure, diabetes, diabetic retinopathy, & renal failure. I drove her to dialysis three times per week as well as any other appointments that she had. I cleaned her house, did laundry, and ran errands, as needed. I took care of her for five years until she had a heart attack and passed away in 2000. During the past 3 years, I have worked for Right at Home. I cared for a gentleman who had Parkinson's & cancer and his daughter, who had Down's Syndrome. I assisted both of them with bathing & dressing. I provided assistance with the tasks of daily living; cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, daily exercises, pill reminders, catheter elimination, & general office assistance (such as copying/filing/etc.).
