To whom it may concern: I recently attended and finished the Nurse Assistant Program from Eastlake Medical College and was fortunate enough to pass the California State Board for the course. And here I am, trying my luck in your good company for a Certified Nursing Assistant position. After completion of 100 hours of clinical rotation and having close interaction with the patients, I firmly believe that this is my calling. I had the unique chance of working with various patients with different health conditions, personalities, and backgrounds in life. Some patients are appreciative of what you do; and some have unique character that will push you to your limits but you know that you are there to be patient and understanding. These are qualities that makes a great nurse. A part from empathy that one nurse must possess, I have a genuine care for the patients. As I have learned, we serve the patients first before ourselves. I am also a people-person. I love working with people from all walks of life. I am courteous, dependable, and is able to complete tasks in a timely manner. As we all know, nursing profession is ever changing. We need someone who is flexible; able to meet patient demands and quality of nursing.
