I became a caregiver when my grandmother that I adored was diagnosed with dementia. I continued to take on more and more responsibilities as her condition progressively got worse. After she passed I know that I was blessed with the passion to be a caregiver. I feel that if I can put a smile on their face, or give them a hug to let them know that they are safe and loved I have done my job. My personal achievement is that I have raised 3 well rounded children that have all accomplished the goals they have set for themselves. I am a very positive, warm loving, compassionate person always looking to help others. Your loved one would be taken care of the same way I took care of my own Grandmother.
