I have a very natural nurturing skill and I find pleasure in caring for the most vulnerable, the elderly clients. I provide excellent care to ensure my clients health, safety and mental stability. I love people and I have always felt that you treat people the way you would want them to treat you. With respect, Dignity, compassion and a willingness to listen to them. Recently, I was caring for an elderly client who was admitted into the hospital, 97 years old the Doctors told her family that she's failing and that they recommend a feeding tube and sending her home on hospice and making her comfortable . The night before they were to do the surgery to insert the feeding tube I called the family and told them they would be doing her an injustice if they allowed that. I explained to them why I felt that way. I also told them what I thought should be done if they wanted her to be comfortable. She's still alive and eating regular meals and getting stronger every day.
