I am a experienced caregiver with a tremendous amount of heart and faith in always doing the right thing. I am dependable and honest to a fault. My experience covers a lifetime of caring for individuals in ALFs, hospitals, residential as well as supervising others in the field. Currently, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida. My degrees include: Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from the University of South Florida (USF), B.A. in Business Administration and a B.S.W. (Social Work). In the past, I had studied Nursing at Hillsborough Community College (HCC). I am fully capable taking a B/P manually or electronically, Hoyer lift, as well as the usual TPR and weights. I have volunteered with Life Path Hospice from fall 2007 - fall of 2010. -- Currently, I am learning German, Finnish, Italian, Indonesian and know basic Spanish. Also, I have had studied basic Korean, French, Norwegian and Swedish languages for the pure joy of learning. If needed, I can work full-time short term (negotiable), live-in a few days a week, daytime or overnight and have had my second COVID vaccine.
