I became a caregiver because I like caring for people that can no longer care for themselves the way that they would like to, be it for health reasons or etc. I like knowing that I am making their lives easier and making them feel better about themselves, avoiding any insecurities about their limitations. A personal achievement that I am proud of is knowing that in such little time I made a difference to many of my patients...I worked for almost 2 years at a nursing home facility and they all asked me to stay because no one had taken care of them like I had and I see this as an achievement. About myself, I am 44 years old. I acquired my CNA license in 2014 and I love the field I am in. I am experienced in in-home care and Hospital ICU care. I am a very caring and dependable individual. I am bilingual in Spanish. I also have my CPR certificate that was recently acquired in 2015 and my Phlebotomist Certificate which I acquired in 2019.
