I have been working in the health care field for 10 years , started as a PCA to a HHA now I am a certified nurses assistant,I have cared for babies to geriatric assisting with hygiene, feeding, using mechanical lifts to transfer, foley care, colostomy care, and any other activities of daily living to care for your love one. I take the time and sit and talk to loved ones to understand there what's and needs, I knew this was something I wanted and could do, when loved ones knows theirs someone who cares they are stress free. What I like about being a caregiver is the way I can make a person feel satisfied, self worth, and comfortable, its a enjoyable feeling to me that's why I have returned to school to go further in the healthcare.
