I became a caregiver, because I love helping people that need help. Its been my dream ever since I was a young child to be able to do something good for our society. What I like about being a caregiver is to be able to make my residents smile, and get the strength they need to live happy whether they are in their last days, or have a life ahead of them. A personal achievement that I am proud of, is that I have my mind set on what career I want to choose which is Nursing. I am also proud that I have my mind set on the job of my dreams, and that every morning I wake up to work, I will wake up happy doing what I most love which I believe that it is very important to our society. I graduated high school on June 14, 2014. My ambition and goals in life is to become successful, and persue my education in Nursing. I will start college on August 25, 2014, I will attend the University of Texas at El Paso and I plan to keep my grades as high as possible. I am a very punctual person, and I am certified as a CNA, and as a Medical Billing and Coding, as well as in CPR. I am responsible, and I am ready to get hands on and help those who need help.

Hello my name is Angelica I have been a caregiver for 15+ years I took care of my father he passed away last year at the age of 89. Every day I woke up ready to take care of him I love being his caregiver it was stressful at times just like with any other job but knowing every day I made a difference in his life brought me so much happiness I did everything for my dad to keep them as comfortable as possible I bathed him fed him took care of his medication I would motivate him to get out of bed and start his day to walk exercise we would watch TV shows we would play around with our dogs and we love listening to music together. After my father passed away I found other people to take care of my responsibilities are very similar to what I would do with my dad I love doing what I do.
