Hey there! My name is Stephanie. I'm a recent college graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a BA in Communication Management. Before moving to Austin, TX, I worked as a full-time yoga teacher. A lot of my work involved teaching for those of all body types, ages and abilities. I've been a caregiver all my life. Growing up, I assisted in giving care to my paraplegic great aunt. I helped her in her daily life with getting in and out of bed, cooking, gardening, transportation, appointments and companionship.
