I became a caregiver August 2007 when my elderly Grandmother became ill. Our family could not even think about putting our loved one in a Nursing Home, so I left my job and moved in with her so I could take care of her. Grandmother suffered from Congestive Heart Failure, High Blood Pressure, A-Fib and mild Depression. I prepared meals, cleaned house, managed her finances, ran errands, helped with her bath and gave her companionship. Grandmother passed a way at 100 yrs. old in June 2016 and now I am ready to get back to work.
