* Selection of suitable plasmapheresis donors by performing physical examinations and taking medical histories on all donors through the use of FDA approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual, current State and Federal guidelines, OSHA, CLIA, CGMP, all internal company procedures and personal education and experience. * Performs evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability. Work cooperatively as a member of a team in all assignments. communicating with people of varied educational levels and varied ethnic backgrounds. * Functions as an integral member of the treatment team and assumes responsibility for completing assessments for patients presenting. * Safely and effectively uses patient care equipment. * Recognizes overt abnormal signs and symptoms and/or changes in patients' condition and responds appropriately. * Completes initial assessment of patient condition and response to treatment and initiates follow-up as needed. * Develops and implements a plan to meet learning needs, instructing patients and families in basic health teaching and discharge planning. * Documentation is consistent, accurate, concise, and timely.
