I started off working with children ages 3-17 with autistic disorders, substance, mental and physical abuse ( Youth counselor). I then branched off into working with elderly adults. I am very passionate about the work that I do. I believe that each care plan should be individualized; and each person's needs should be evaluated and assessed on a regular basis.
