I been working in the home health care field well over 10 years now. I'm very supportive and caring. I've been fortunate to work with some great families in the Ann Arbor communities and beyond. I love being able to put smiles on others faces and just being there to lend a helping hand at times for others in need. I'm extremely dependable, compassionate,and nurturing. I've worked several cases and experienced a lot of different challenges.I like working in this field because it's what I have the passion to do.I enjoy caring and helping out when help is needed.I'm also a self-motivated caring person that's trustworthy and loyal.

What makes me a great caregiver is my smile, positive attitude and I'm caring. I love to help others in any way I can whether it is physical, mental or emotional, I'm a good listener. With all my hard work and dedication I am still progressing in my career, I will be attending school again to continue my career to become a Registered Nurse.

I have a great down to earth personality I love taking care of people I took card of my dad and my mom when they both were sick I enjoy helping people to the highest expectations I love the joy of knowing I'm giving the best care possible and the fulfillment of making people happy i am proud to say at one time I took card of 10 patients everyday for 4 months and altho it was a short time and it was a challenge I treated everyone with care and tended to all they needs on a timely manner .

I became a caregiver at the age of 17 helping my great grandmother. I transitioned into the health care field at the age of 18; I've worked in numerous health care facilities and hospice facilities. I enjoy connecting and meeting new souls. My clients often turn into family or friends. This is what makes my job amazing to me. I love and get along with people from all walks of life. My goal is to make each and everyone feel safe, loved and taken care of. I hope to meet you soon.

I am 56, married with 2 children, my daughter graduated college this year and my son is a sophomore in college. Although my work history has been in education and as a business owner, I really enjoy caring for others and now have the time available with our business and family to do so. I've been told I'm a people person, I make people feel comfortable and I get along very well with a wide variety of people. I have volunteered on a crisis hotline, at soup kitchens, food banks and taking people in need to appointments or offering companionship. My mother was diagnosed with early onset dementia and eventually Alzheimers in 2014. She stayed with us for awhile, then we were able to find a lovely care facility where she was very happy and loved. She passed away in November 2019 and I am so thankful for the time I got to spend with her, putting her at ease and making her laugh. I plan to still visit her friends where she was living, but its 45 minutes away so it's a not practical place me to work. I have enjoyed working with multiple clients for the past several years, and have been referred to other clients several times.

I love caring , assisting and helping others. I have been caring for others for years now and I hope to be able to keep doing it lovingly and respectfully.

What makes me a great caregiver is how I treat people with the respect and love they deserve. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my mom, i watched other people take care of her so I wanted to give the same love back to others who are in need. What I mostly enjoy about being a caregiver is helping people. A personal achievement I am proud of is how many people I've helped in my lifetime with my caregiving career:)

I was a Certified CNA over Twenty-Five years of experience in nursing homes and Home Health Care the reason I no longer have my CNA license is because I was caring for a sweet lady for the past 7yrs until my sweet angel passed away this past July I was her main caregiver and I no longer felt there was a need for a CNA license because I will no longer be working in the nursing homes facility I enjoy the Home setting better to give one on one love and professional care in the home I am a very caring and respectful including family values and morals and I am compassionate and I have a very big heart in helping others that's what attracted me to care for others I am a very prompt person I know it is important to be on time especially if someone is depending on you I consider myself a five star Home care Aide I have good job reference from past employment and current employer and good family recommendations
