About Linda

Growing up in a family of medical professionals I surely thought that one day I would become a nurse. Being a caregiver is such an honor – it’s all about putting away your needs to assist others. Knowing that a smile on your face can bring joy and happiness to someone else is priceless. The moments when you can reflect back and see how you have helped someone is what caregiving is all about. There is great joy in helping someone who is unable to fully care for themselves. Whether a patient is impeded by age, illness, injury, or another factor, my assistance with daily activities provides empowerment for others and fulfillment for myself. Many patients are lonely or isolated. Lending my ear and chatting about common interests makes a big difference in a patient’s overall well-being.
