Bathe patients; provide nail and hair care; assist with oral hygiene; provide denture care; shave patients; assist with dressing and undressing.Admit, transfer and discharge patients; transport patients; take specimen to lab; assist with special procedures; telephone answering; document and assist in unit record-keeping. Make beds; clean and care for equipment; carry out isolation precautions; practice medical asepsis and infection control; practice standard precautions; observe oxygen precautions. Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality; keep call signals within patient's reach; answer call signal promptly; provide orientation to the room or unit and to other visitors and patients; assist patients with communication; protect personal possessions; provide diversional activities; give backrubs; prepare hot and cold applications.

I am a very flexible individual as I enjoy working in my yard, therefore it makes it easy for me to assist with individuals that enjoy their yard as well, and also alleviates the fear of leaving your loved ones alone. I also enjoy pets, so there's never a problem with my being around them. I have worked well hand-in-hand with hospice care, and able to maintain records, monitor vitals, medicines and report progress to supervisor, physicians and or medical personnel as needed.
