I believe what makes me a great caregiver is I treat each of my clients as if they are my loved one in need of care. I became a Home Health Aide after my mom was diagnosed with MS and began losing her mobility, and i knew no one could possibly live up to her or my standards of care. My favorite part of my job is being able to help so many people maintain their independence so they can continue to live in their own home where they want to be. my biggest achievement to date would have to be finding my dream job, a HHA.
