I am a very caring person. I do my job because I enjoy making a difference in someone's life. I care about there needs and I try to make sure there needs are filled if possible. I have been a cna for 25 years and I've worked in facilities and at there homes and took care of a couple that gave me some great acknowledge. I have a lot of experience and confidence in my job and myself doing what I do because I know I can go home and know I did my best. I'm always willing and wanting to learn as much as I can. I do total care. I do repositioning Medications, Adl, Cook for breafast and lunch, and if I'm there at supper time. I transfer when needed range of motion,BP Report any change of condition and keep track of I & O's measure and empty catheter. clean laundry and anything else that requires taking care of her. Communicate with other aides and hospice staff and family as a team worker.. I follow directions, I give my all to take grea t care of her. I'm very caring to her needs and emotions.
