Hello, my name is Evelina and I have previous work experience as a certified nursing assistant in a skilled nursing facility. I became a CNA when I was a junior in high school. In addition to that, I had a bedridden grandmother whom I was very close to and would often help take care of. Caregiving is something I am incredibly passionate about. To me, the most special thing about caregiving is not the money or being able to say I helped somebody, its about the bond I grow with my patient as we become family!

Hi, I am 17 years old, I know many of you will skip over me for that reason because you want someone more responsible to care for your loved one. I don't have a degree or 'work' experience with a lot of elderly sicknesses but. I did help take care of my grandparents, and even friends when they were older/alive. I am kind, loving and silly. I love to draw and I am very organized. I can keep track of many things at once and I am very responsible.

My name is Paul. In Hebrew, that name means "small, humble". I'm 6'4", and I always thought that the meaning "small" was silly, but I have learned that the other definition, "humble", is the true nature of my name. Growing up on a family farm in Pennsylvania, I learned the values of community, legacy, and respect. Whether it was serving food at a church potluck, shoveling snow from a neighbor's driveway, or selling Christmas trees to the local community, my background has centered around serving others. When I first began caregiving, it was of necessity. I found a living situation with a woman who needed assistance recovering from a long-term mental injury. Since that time, I want to be a caregiver in a more structured setting. The benefits of a relationship with an elder individual are far reaching, and I have appreciated the opportunity to connect across generational and situational differences. I feel like my best self when I am able to be a support for others, especially those who can't support themselves.
