I am currently a self-employed massage therapist and recently I resigned from the Emergency Department at Banner Desert Medical Center after being a technician for five years to explore my passion to help people in the TBI community along with pursuing my passion of writing a book about my life experiences. I myself experienced a TBI in February 2012 to where I had to go through cognitive & speech therapy along with balancing my neurotransmitters and balancing my brainwaves. I am a dedicated hard worker that works well with others and in a team environment. I am a fast learner and pay attention to detail as well as taking pride in a job well done. I believe in effective communication and completing tasks in a timely manner for quality customer satisfaction. I work well when conflict arises keeping a calm and composed disposition. I will use these same skill sets from the emergency department in the caregiver profession. Which will allow me to take my passion of making a difference in people's lives.
