I am a positive, uplifting individual who enjoys bringing out the best in others. My quirky personality is what I've been told is what is enjoyable to be around. I enjoy talking with people, asking them about their experiences and embracing what they still love. In the role I work, as an Activities Director, I have had to get trained on hands on experience. I got certified as a caregiver. I enjoy helping those who cannot help themselves, but encouraging independence while it is still there- and i understand how important it is to older adults to have that. I am proud of who I have become- working with older adults. It has taught me patience, empathy, and that it's okay to be yourself and build meaningful relationships with those who I serve. I enjoy learning from them and it's VERY rewarding to be there for them in any way possible.
