Hello My name is Maria, I am a mother of 4 children, my two children have introduced our home as the neighborhood home and I usually have our home full of children that I care for after school for the last 3--4 years. I decided to leave my Insurance career to care for my elderly mother with Parkinsons until her death this past February. It has been a painful but rewarding experience because I have learned to understand to have compassion and patience for elders as well as my own children. Now that my mother is gone, I feel that my call is to care for others as I did for her. I hope that my knowledge and understanding will help me continue helping others as I helped and cared for my own mother.
