Hi I'm Sharon I've work in home and health care 47 years . I began this career at the age of 17 in a long term health facility. I immediately fell in love with providing care for the elderly, even up to this day. I obtained my certification in. 1997 also provide care in private home, whether that be personal care, sitter, companion ship, moderate home care, feeding I've done it all with a smile.

I love spending time with my Residents. I have a heart of gold and a passion for my client's. What got me started as a Certified Nurse Assistant when I was little I got to take care of my grandmother on her last days. I got to spend time and talk to her about Jesus. Im a Christian I put God in everything I do.

I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

I'm a 69 year old Female I have two children married for 39 years Retried Minster of music of 34 years I have done in home care as well as Nursing Assistant in Nursing Home for about 15 to 20 years feeding " Baththing "washing the Clients clothes ' moping cooking you name I've done it Groceries shopping taking Clients to the Doctor.

I have 21 years experience I became a caregiver because I love taking care of people it is my passion I'm a good caregiver cuz I have compassion.

I love working in the healthcare field I love to help people in anyway I can . I'm a very outgoing loving person I have kids of my own so I'm nurturer at heart . What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is knowing that I'm making a difference in someone life and helping them .

What makes me a great caregiver is that I genuinely love taking care of others. Since I was younger, I was the one that people turned to help take of others in my family. I took care of both my grandparents until they transitioned. I'm a people person. I have a caring heart and most importantly I'm a listener. I'm attentive and compassionate. I try my best to go above and beyond to make those I care for feel better and cared for. I've been certified for 11 years. I love doing what I do, and that's helping others in their time of need.
