I was a nurse for 28 years and then became ill with several other immune diseases and how to stop that. Turn that time I have always just for caring for people indeed I took care of my mom when she passed I took care of my cousin when he passed with ALS and I took care of my cousin when she had cancer and I thought I can do this I know I can do this so here I am. And as a side note I am the very proud grandparent to two wonderful little girls that live in Dallas Texas, so I do tend to talk about them a lot! Lol

I've worked in several nursing homes, memory care units to total dependent patients. Alongside of being a Home Heath cna. I'm a certified nursing Assistant and have been for 3 years now I comepleted a 6 month course. I'm a quick learner and very easy to adapt to new changes. I'm very understanding and patient. I recently took care of my grandfather that had lots of surgery's and had other problems as well he passed away May 5th of 2019 he had cancer and was on his last chemo therapy and his cancer was going away and getting better he then caught a bad infection that he could not fight off and during his cancer was very weak by time the doctors caught the infection it was too late and he wasn't going to make it he will be very happy up in heaven where he can now see my beautiful grandmother that he has waited over 5 years to see and he is my reason for why I love the elderly and love to take of them , I'm very outgoing , bubbly and friendly and I love meeting new people I love helping others and I am a very patient person I do not get frustrated or angry easy I have a very high tolerance for a lot of things my grandparents have always made me want to be a care giver we've always been very close , I've always enjoys taking care of people and being there for people which is why I think this will be a great job for me and my best achievement was making sure my grandparents lives a full and happy life .

I got my CNA while I was still in high school because I knew I wanted to help people. I quickly started working at a nursing home my senior year and fell in love with the patients. Being able to provide the best care is my number one goal.

I became a caregiver in 2001, when my job begin to down size at a bank as a data entry operator. I went back to school and received my CNA certification. I stated my first job in a nursing facility in 2001. I began to care for the sick and elderly and grew attached to them.
