I am a loving, caring, outgoing wife and mother of two my daughter is 23 and my son is 21. I have three grandchildren all girls. I have been working as a CNA for ten years now....I took care of my grandmother and my father until they got their heavenly wings. I became certified in 2005 because I realized this was my passion because I love taking care of people, cooking, laughing, and I am a very clean and neat person. I made the decision to help others after helping my grandparents and great grandmother all through out my life. Seeing all of them being surrounded with a supportive family during their final years was truly a blessing, but sadly, not everyone is as lucky to have the constant care they did. I understand that a busy life can get in the way of helping out our loved ones, and I'd love to help them and provide company whenever I can. I love being able to help others and have often been complimented on my patience and understanding with those who need it. In her finally years, I helped my great grandmother with many activities, mostly with household chores and personal company (she was in her 90s whenever I was helping her.) I have been exposed to and helped people with memory issues, cancer, diabetes, etc. I am use to preparing food and reminding others to eat and to take their medication . I have much personal experience in this area and have no problem treating others with respect as I would want to be treated the same way. :)
