I have been in the medical field for 13 years. I grew up in a family of Nurses, EMT, Firefighters and seeing them so happy to save someone or just to help is what made me love this career. I enjoy talking to individuals from different cultures or life style while helping them at the same time.

After my parents passed away ( my best friends), I became a Certified Nursing Assistant & began working in a nursing home, which included all levels of Care, such as Long Term Care, Short Term Care,Rehabilitation, Alzheimers, Independent & Assisted Living. I felt I had something special to offer to those in need of assistance, whether it be with a little help, or alot. I have been on both sides of what families are going through & know how important it is to find the best help possible. I love people and have a special place in my heart for the elderly! I lost my own parents 20 years ago my dad was a ww2 vet and oh how I miss his stories! I am compassionate caring dependable and trustworthy ! I have been background checked and will care for your family member as mu own!

I became a caregiver back in September of 2020. I was a caregiver to my great grandfather for 3 years before he had passed. I have a huge heart for the elder and children. I love helping others and I'm eager to make everything right.

I have been a nurse for almost 20 years. I became a nurse because I enjoy helping others. I have always had a special place in my heart for the elderly and throughout the years I've always seemed to gravitate in that direction. I've worked in skilled care doing IV therapy, wound care, and g tube feedings along with many other skilled duties to include administration of chemotherapy and IV pain medication. I also have a special place in my heart for disabled children and adults. I have an adult son with Angelman syndrome who now resides in a group home setting. I'm now wanting to branch out on my own. I want to give care to individuals on a 1 on 1 basis. I've also had experience doing palliative care as I once worked as a palliative care nurse.

I became a caregiver to help with my father with his heart condition. I continued in the field after his passing. I have been a caregiver for many different types of people. from children and adults with MR/DD, elderly in nursing and private homes. worked in hospice situation. I am a cna ,ma, and a phlebotomist. I have managed home for independant living. I believe anyone that works with another human being, gets a great deal of satisfaction helping them to reach their potential.

I am 22 years old , Currently a college student studying nursing! I have Successfully finished all my pre requisitions and have a lot of knowledge in patient care! I have experience with many different care levels. I have 2 years experience in home health and 2 years of acute, long term, and dementia care. I come from a family of nurses, so at a young age I have found a passion in being a caregiver. I take pride in my care! With my experience I have learned this is the most difficult time for family and clients! I find comfort in limiting the stress while assuring their loved one is well tooken care of! I am a hold a valid CNA,CPR, and dementia certification ! I'm hoping to use my knowledge to help a family find comfort during this difficult time.

I began my career in dentistry. I graduated from Indiana University with a certificate in Dental Assisting and earned my Expanded Functions of Dental Assisting in 1996 and went on to be a sophomore in dental hygiene and pre dental. While attending dental hygiene I became married and had my son Gabriel. During this time I took time away from school to stay home with my baby! When he was two I went to work as a Dental Assistant again. During this time I noticed Drs treating patients as numbers instead of people. So my nurse friend asked if I would like to work as a home health aide/ caregiver for home health Visiting Angels. I started working with Visiting Angels in 2013. And I found my purpose!! I worked with hospice, Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, and being a companion. I have a lot of experience with medication reminders, bathing hygiene, ect. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving/ home health aide is putting smiles on my patients faces, helping them as much as I can so they know they are cared about. I treat each patient as I would want my family taken care of!! I'm very compassionate and patient. I give over 100% And I absolutely love what I do. I can go home at night knowing I helped someone, I put a smile on their faces or held their hand. I not only help them but they help me as well.
