Hi! I'm Blaykelyn, I've been a C.N.A since February, I got it through my High School. I love every minute of it. I love helping people. I'm going to college for nursing in the fall, but it's a community college so I'll only have classes 2 days a week, so i'll still have the time to do my job.

What I enjoy about being a caregiver is knowin that I have help in the best way I can. I love wen my residents and for my help cause I know I do a great job.

I'm an experienced competent, kind, patient nurse and had been working in the nursing field for 20 years now abroad and in here, USA. I treat my patients like they are my own family. I am both empathetic and sympathetic. I gained all my skills from the long years of my experience. I am extremely hardworking as they said but for me it's not about the hours or pay that matters but how my patient feels aside from the professional care I rendered. I am always happy to be of help. It's like the more I give the more I felt empowered. Thank you.

I am patient and willing to go above and beyond for people in my community. I enjoy using what I have learned to benefit those who need those qualities and to learn more everyday that I can share. Hi my name is Julie:) I became a caregiver after helping my own parents. I have been caregiving for over 10 years. I didn't realize there were so many people in need. I have learned so much and continue learning. I'm so passionate about caregiving for I also was in a wheelchair the first years of my life as a child. Now I'm healthy and strong, but I know what it feels like to be dependent on people and my best strength is to anticipate your needs before you have to ask. I lived in California all my life. I just moved to Kentucky. I took care of my beautiful mom and a wonderful lady for over 6 years. They both passed away within 6 months of each other, broke my heart to pieces. I have family in Kentucky and decided to move. I've been here 2 weeks and ready to start my life. When your caregiving, your a care provider, friend, advocate, and grow so close and love the people you take care of. This profession has enriched my life, and it's my calling. I like to sit down with the clients to get to know them a little and to help them be comfortable. I decided to be a caregiver once I had my son, who was diagnosed with Autism at age 3. Plus my mom had heart disease and I had to care for her. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is just being able to help someone and make things a little easier for that individual. A personal achievement I'm proud of is I commas able to raise my son , take care of my mom and still complete medical school and become a great caregiver.
