Hi! I'm Blaykelyn, I've been a C.N.A since February, I got it through my High School. I love every minute of it. I love helping people. I'm going to college for nursing in the fall, but it's a community college so I'll only have classes 2 days a week, so i'll still have the time to do my job.

What I enjoy about being a caregiver is knowin that I have help in the best way I can. I love wen my residents and for my help cause I know I do a great job.

I'm a compassionate person. I truly believe my calling is to help and take care of those in need in many ways. I've been in the medical field for 34 years and wouldn't change anything.

Hi my name is Julie:) I became a caregiver after helping my own parents. I have been caregiving for over 10 years. I didn't realize there were so many people in need. I have learned so much and continue learning. I'm so passionate about caregiving for I also was in a wheelchair the first years of my life as a child. Now I'm healthy and strong, but I know what it feels like to be dependent on people and my best strength is to anticipate your needs before you have to ask. I lived in California all my life. I just moved to Kentucky. I took care of my beautiful mom and a wonderful lady for over 6 years. They both passed away within 6 months of each other, broke my heart to pieces. I have family in Kentucky and decided to move. I've been here 2 weeks and ready to start my life. When your caregiving, your a care provider, friend, advocate, and grow so close and love the people you take care of. This profession has enriched my life, and it's my calling. I am very loyal and trust worthy. I became a Caregiver because as a teenager, my family took care of my grandfather who was bedridden and had dementia. I was in charge of his breakfast and morning medicine. I found much fulfillment and dedication to help those who can not help them selves. I like to sit down with the clients to get to know them a little and to help them be comfortable. I decided to be a caregiver once I had my son, who was diagnosed with Autism at age 3. Plus my mom had heart disease and I had to care for her. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving is just being able to help someone and make things a little easier for that individual.
