Hi! I'm Blaykelyn, I've been a C.N.A since February, I got it through my High School. I love every minute of it. I love helping people. I'm going to college for nursing in the fall, but it's a community college so I'll only have classes 2 days a week, so i'll still have the time to do my job.

I have a lot of experience working with people from many different backgrounds, I am CPR and first aid certified for all ages and AED certified. Trained on de-escalation and on trauma Informed. I am patient and willing to go above and beyond for people in my community. I enjoy using what I have learned to benefit those who need those qualities and to learn more everyday that I can share. I am so grateful to have accomplished a career that I love!

Hi my name is Julie:) I became a caregiver after helping my own parents. I have been caregiving for over 10 years. I didn't realize there were so many people in need. I have learned so much and continue learning. I'm so passionate about caregiving for I also was in a wheelchair the first years of my life as a child. Now I'm healthy and strong, but I know what it feels like to be dependent on people and my best strength is to anticipate your needs before you have to ask. I lived in California all my life. I just moved to Kentucky. I took care of my beautiful mom and a wonderful lady for over 6 years. They both passed away within 6 months of each other, broke my heart to pieces. I have family in Kentucky and decided to move. I've been here 2 weeks and ready to start my life. When your caregiving, your a care provider, friend, advocate, and grow so close and love the people you take care of. This profession has enriched my life, and it's my calling. After taking care of my great grandmother and watching my grandmother be a nurse for 18 years I was hooked. I love to be the person who makes my pt lives better or just a smile on their face. I love meeting and caring for new individuals and being apart of their life, care and family.

I have been involved in a healthcare setting for 20+ years. I have worked in hospital setting, long term care, hospice, home health and doctors offices. I am very passionate about taking care of others. I love doing it, it makes me happy to know that I am providing care for someone in need.

I Feel like I am a great care giver because I go above and beyond to make patients/residents feel special. I like to help people feel independent while providing all the help they may need to get through their day successfully. I feel its important to take time to listen to their wants and needs and I don't look at my care as being " just a job". Its important to me to take well care of anyone, rather it be driving the students home from school, providing care in a dialysis facility, or just providing basic needs to someone . I like taking care of people and making there life better. I started in this career when my endlaws died and my brother- in law had to have help. I love helping people.

I have always enjoyed helping and taking care of people whether it is total care or just assisting with their daily activities. I am compassionate and patient which are two important traits when you're working in this field. Anything I can do to help improve someone's quality of life is rewarding at the end of the day. I am very blessed that I was able to take care of my parents and helped them live and die with dignity and this is also my goal for my clients. Whether it's doing a puzzle or just listening to stories, it's all worth the time.
