Why did I become a caregiver you ask. Growing up I always was around the older women in my family. I loved listening to all the old stories. When my grandma got sick I watched how her CNA will just come in and do her anyway. It break my heart. As I got older the love got stronger for elderly. Some of my personality traits as a caregiver are empathize, to be patient and flexible, putting the needs of my patient first and to be able to take charge when necessary.
