My name is Megan Lenau I'm 18 years of age and I reside out of Washington Missouri. I love working with people of all ages I love being able to put a smile on people faces and giving those who may not smile much a reason for smiling and a reason to keep pushing forward in life . I have been a care giver all my life beginning with taking care of my dad when he was at the end stage of life. I dedicated myself to his wellbeing and provided hospice type care for three years. That is where my passion began for caring for the elderly and those who cannot care for themselves. I then began working at a nursing home and gained my CNA, which provided me with greater knowledge of home care for indivuals. I truly care for the person I assist and go the extra mile to make sure they are cared for in a loving and safe manner. I have a unique gift to get along and am able to communicate with many different types of indivuals.

I also have 5+ years of experience with the elderly and have experience with dementia, diabetes, dialysis, stroke victims, bathing/ dressing, toileting, transfers, hoyer lift, gait belt, lift to stand, and meal preparation. I am a non smoker, located in Union(but willing to travel), and have excellent references! I'm also studying Social Work online at Missouri State University.
