I start working with my great grandmother and I see the I start loving what I'm doing with out going to college because that is something that comes from your heart . I became a caregiver mostly because when I was a younger girl, I was raised by my god mother who was the absolute best person I've ever met. Unfortunately she became very ill and even though I was young I did everything I could to help, to care for her, and to make sure she knew she was loved. When she passed away in 2005 I started working in a senior living center where I found the love of helping others like I did when I cared for my mom. I knew it was what I wanted to do. I love being a caregiver because when I see the expression on others faces after helping them, and making their lives as easy a possible it honestly puts a smile on my face and warmth in my heart. A personal achievement over the years of caregiving has to be the amount of levels of experience and different fields I have worked in the health field. Looking back now I am extremely proud of starting out years ago and thinking about all the things I've done, the people I have helped, and the experience I have gained. A little about me..
