I am an upbeat and positive individual who believes that each day is the best day ever! I became a caregiver when my husband, mother and father all became ill and needed care. Their care ranged from physical needs, to needs due to dementia. I wanted to be the one there with them to care for them. However, when I couldn't be there with them full time, as I needed to work, I was blessed to have found the most wonderful caregiver in the world to care for them. She treated my loved ones as family, and cared for them with love, compassion and dignity. It is now my privilege to be able to share that gift with other families that I care for. A personal achievement that I am proud of is graduating from college with a degree in Psychology at the age of 47!

A personal achievement that I am proud of is that when I worked as a receptionist in the optical, within the 3 weeks they offered me a higher position which was a "optical technician".

My fondest memories were those I had with my loving grandmother. I was so inspired by her love and devotion that I chose to follow in her foot steps. My years as a phlebotomist, my favorite patients were the elderly.

I think the way that I care and open my heart to my residents makes me a good caregiver I take lots of pride in my work ,so making sure my residents are clean washed, dried, all cares are done from moment I clock in till I leave.
