My personal traits or should I say expertise that help me be a great caregiver would have to be my listening expertise and especially my communication skills. I highly believe that every person should be heard and listen to and especially cared for as if it was one of their own. My grandma passing at a very young age is what attracted me to being a caregiver. I experienced a lot of bad experiences when she was alive at nursing homes and if I was older I'm sure I would have been able to get her out of there but life beat me to her unfortunately! I am also indulging and growing my cleaning business. Working my way towards a successful business in this field as well as gaining the right credentials and business administration concentration in human services will for sure be another one of my personal achievements that I am proud of once it's all completed.
