I would like to introduce myself as a candidate for the Caregiver position at Josephine Gardner' Home. As a highly empathetic and caring individual with extensive experience in the caregiving field, I am confident that I can succeed as a Caregiver for Jojo, I also provided home health care for a rotation of 10 patients per week At Aloha care ( Hawaii ) five days a week. My responsibilities included light housework, giving baths, preparing small snacks, reading to patients, helping them around the house, helping patients use the restroom, providing companionship, keeping track of appointments, and feeding patients. I am very passionate about the well-being of my patients. I believe that the elderly are a valuable and important generation, full of wisdom and knowledge and that they need to be cared for and protected. During my young years, I served as a primary caregiver for my grandmother. As a frail woman in her late 80s , she needed a lot of assistance with most day-to-day functions. Since I was there more than my parents, who both worked full-time, I took it upon myself to be her caregiver. The more time I spent with her, the more I realized that although her body may not function, her mind was an ocean of stories and wisdom, waiting to be explored. I have been a caregiver for 16 yrs i love taking care of people growing up i was the oldest so i had to take care of my mother who had many health issues and when i was 17 i got into the companies and did live in this is where my heart has always been i want to be a register nurse one day. I have been a cargiver for 2 almost 3 years now and love the job. I enjoy assisting people with personal care jobs. Keeping good company. Cooking, cleaning, running errands. Changing briefs, assisting showering and getting ready for the day. Transportation for activities and taking out to run errands. I started working with kids with disabilities during a summer camp in 2016 and fell in love with assisting and helping kids and adults. Then i moved to other companies and loved the job still. I i started that kind of job when my mom have strokes two time n it's really bad.n only me not work that time.i move take care my mom cleaning take her shower cook n cleaning take her outside feat her.turn her every time excercise her.change her diaper.for 5yrs then she pass away,then i take care my dad do the same thing to my dad for 3 years my dad pass away.for that moment i like to do the same thing to everyone they need help.everytime when you I m do the other people i click to my mine my parents n i need to do the same thing i feel that my mom n my dad i have more love respect n treat them good n make them happy.that y i like to do that kind of job the love that have.to my parents i need to share other people.
