I became a caregiver in 2011 I am CPR certified,I have my Nurse Delegation,Dementia &Alzheimer's, Developmental Disabilities speciality training,Mental Health ,Insulin Delegation i have all my certificates of competition. It is my passion to take care of others it has always been my dream job since I was little I wanted to become a nurse, I enjoy working with the clients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with them and their families. Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who takes great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with managers and co-workers. I have been in many setting witch includes an adult family home where I cooked,cleaned,bathed,and did medication administrations along with patient adls with 6 residents to myself for 12 hours a day. Ive also worked at rehabilitation facilities,assisted living as a med tech. My favorite thing about what i do is knowing that i play a special part in someone's life who can no longer take of themselves and i get the privilege to do so and having the trust of it being all in my hands. Im very proud of myself for sticking with being a caregiver and getting all the diffrent trainings i have and experience i have gotten from it.

I am 22 . Very out going and friendly. I love in home care it gives a whole new meaning to helping people and you actually get to know the client which I really enjoy. Previous to caregiving I was working childcare and I thought about a more meaning in life to help people in need and so I got my cna license and have enjoyed helping people in need ever since. I have been a CNA for 2 years now. I love being able to cook and talk and hear about my clients experiences in life and to be able to help people personally in whatever kind of help they need. I have my food handlers permit. I have also taken the nurse delegation course and passed so able to administer mediation once a nurse delegates the task to me. I've had a few experiences myself with what also got my into healthcare. My uncle's health has been declining and he was needing assistance so I would stay a few weeks at a time help him out around his house, and with his daily care of needs. I still go often to visit him and now he has a very good caregiver helping him. Another experience for me was when my mom had hip surgery so she was needing help to rehabilitate to walking but in the mean time she wasn't able to walk, bathe toilet herself, so I was around helping her with the daily needs she needed and doing that work just made me realize that is something I want to do as a career because seeing someone else be happy and comfortable makes me feel good about helping others.

I am very patient and empathetic. I am very proud that the people around me at work and home can trust me, to see they feel at ease because they can count on me to be trustworthy. Working in Urgent Care has helped me to assess and recognize medical emergencies, to anticipate what action needs to be taken and act quick to assist. My mission is to work together with the medical team, the family, & colleagues towards one goal in common which is to ensure the safety and well being of the residents/clients. I am diligent in observing & promptly communicating any changes in behavior or health, as well as accurately charting & taking notes. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is knowing that I am an important part in the care of individuals in helping them with healthy aging.

Caring for the elderly is something I am very passionate about. I learned early on that providing quality care improves quality of life. Being able to see just how much I make a difference has been immensely rewarding for me. My most recent experience has been in post surgery care and this too is very rewarding as I get to be an encourager and an enforcer so that patients can get stronger and live on their own.
