I have been a CNA for 10 yrs. I love to take care of people and be a part of their health journey. It is my joy to help out and be part of their interventions.

I am a very hardworking caregiver, good listener, very patience and empathizing with people situation. I became a caregiver because i like helping people, get to talk people and listen to their problems. I went back to school and became a certified caregiver and am still aiming of going back to school for further education and became a registered Nurse

I'm a mother of two and a daughter. My mom lives with me. I'm a military spouse. I'm very compassionate, understanding and have big heart for elderly. I grew up with my grandparents since my father passed before I knew him. And my grandparents passed before I can give them the care they need. For that reason alone give me motivation to give the love for my grandparents that they never had from me to passed it on to other elderly people. I always treat them as my own grandparents. I have my CPR and BLS. I have food handling permit. I have my NAR and working to my CNA next month. Taking some of my pre-requisite to my Nursing degree.

Iam a CNA since 2003 and l have been practicing up to date. I have in different health care settings including, hospitals, nursing homes , group homes, shelters, institutions, jails and home health care. During that time while working in those different settings, l have gained tremendous experiences working with different kinds of people of different nationality, cultural beliefs, ages, people of different backgrounds and ,language barriers. I have worked with teenagers, Young adults, elderly and hospice care. Thus, lam confident that if given this particular assignment l will perform with much satisfaction. Iam a team player who manages to work with less supervisor or none. In most cases ,l do offer help before being requested to assist. Iam caring person who works not because l earn but the reasons l do care .

I became a caregiver in 2011 I am CPR certified,I have my Nurse Delegation,Dementia &Alzheimer's, Developmental Disabilities speciality training,Mental Health ,Insulin Delegation i have all my certificates of competition. It is my passion to take care of others it has always been my dream job since I was little I wanted to become a nurse, I enjoy working with the clients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with them and their families. Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who takes great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with managers and co-workers. I have been in many setting witch includes an adult family home where I cooked,cleaned,bathed,and did medication administrations along with patient adls with 6 residents to myself for 12 hours a day. Ive also worked at rehabilitation facilities,assisted living as a med tech. My favorite thing about what i do is knowing that i play a special part in someone's life who can no longer take of themselves and i get the privilege to do so and having the trust of it being all in my hands. Im very proud of myself for sticking with being a caregiver and getting all the diffrent trainings i have and experience i have gotten from it.

Ruth is married and a mother of three boys and one in military. Having worked in this field of nursing for more than 7 years,it has made me come into contact with a lot of different clients going through different challenges in their life.This motivated me and gave me a heart of making them feel loved and brings smile on their faces. When I see my clients doing their daily activities without a hiccup I feel awesome.It make me feel better.

I love taking care of seniors because you learn alot being around them considering their experience. Additionally, I believe taking care of the them is the only way i can give back to them considering their contributions to this country.
