I have really good communication skills and I'm really good at being patience with elders. I have a lot experience working in the PCA and CNA field, I've been in it for over two years about three years now. I really just enjoy getting to know elder people and getting really close to know and having a good connection with them. One achievement I'm very proud of is getting into the health field, I really enjoy my job taking care of people ! I have fun times, & it's never a bad day with my residents.

The State of Minnesota requires any unlicensed direct caregivers (including Certified Nursing Assistants) to have a license...please be sure to check that this is in place prior to hiring them.
