Also, assisted with toileting and showering, laundry and ironing. Provided safe transportation to various recreational and medical appointments. Wheelchair and portable oxygen used during outings. Created a list of her medications (Excel), revising it as her needs changed. Wound care, transfer and repositioning assistance was also used when necessary. I was her only live-in caregiver for all of 2017 as her health declined. I assisted the family packing and then unpacking her home to a different location.
